You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a high-end or themed restaurant
Experience managing multicultural teams
Knowledge of Turkish cuisine and culture is a strong advantage
Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and accounting
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
